“Clean hotel, great service.”

“Bonjour cela fait 4fois que nous venons depuis 2016 et nous sommes déçus de voir que la qualité de l’établissement a changé la propreté des chambres n’est plus ce qu’elle était plus d’échantillons chaque jour et le ménage est vite fait la terrasse sale le cendrier non vidé les poubelles non plus. En ce qui concerne les repas rien a changé félicitations au chef cuisinier et les serveurs agréables. En revanche pour les collations dans le restaurant de la plage déplorable tout est froid et quand il……

“The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as you hope, it was as if it was cleaned a while ago and not used, it could have used a freshen up before we arrived ”

“Je crois que la chambre que nous étions n'avait pas été utilisé depuis un certain temps car il y avait une odeur de renfermé et de la poussière sur les meubles et ldans la salle de bain. Après avoir aéré et nettoyer c'était correct. Le matelas était très dur et rapidement ils ont ajouté une mousse et tout était bien. A/Ce était non fonctionnel et ils l'ont activé rapidement. Nous ne pouvions pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte car c'était trop bruyant. Les portes des chambres ne sont pas bien isolées……

“The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all……

“Muy mala experiencia por parte de expedia que nos confirmaron la reserva y al llegar al camping playa montroig no tenian constancia de dicha reserva y no puedimos disfruta de el bungalow que habiamos reservado. Gracias al reponsable del camping pudieron solventar este grave error y nos ubicaron en otro alojamiento. Muy mal servicio por parte de expedia no volveremos a coger otro viaje con vosotros.”
